LETTERS & O.P.C. PRESCRIPTIONS

Reminder: 

Medications & Letters disginated for pick up at the DAV can be picked up at the DAV Office after 10am every morning, Monday Through Friday, and up to twelve noon on Saturday.  

For more information from the DAV, you can call (045) 892-6374.  There is also a white board located in front of the receptionist desk.  On the white board are the posted names of Veterans that have official letter (s) or VA out patient clinic prescription Medicine (s) via VA contracted van coming back from the VA Out patient Clinic in Manila.
